About the film
Counted Out - Being Black in Real Estate is a film about the shifting presence of Black Real Estate Professionals in South Los Angeles (South Central).
What happened to those Black owned real estate brokerages and why do we no longer see a prominent presence in those communities they once served?
Is there a correlation between a lack of representation and the stagnant numbers for Black home ownership.
